A twist on La Sandwicherie
Born from a French-Israeli kitchen: the corner sandwich counter of Paris, rebuilt around Tel Aviv street food. Everything is prepared daily — eggplant fried to order, falafel rolled fresh, tahini and amba made in house — and served in pita, wrapped in paper, eaten standing up.
